Additional Information
- 1 hour minimum charge covers first hour works, then 30 minute units
- Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the final invoice by our online payment services or bank transfer
- Estimates are generally non-chargeable, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time, and location
- Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 30% mark up
- Invoices are digital and show a full breakdown of works. Hard copies available on request but are chargeable (£5.00)
- Parking and congestion is to paid for by client.
